National Team: Has three caps with the senior Men's National Team, making his first appearance on October 16, 1996 against Peru ... Also traveled with the U.S. team to China in 1997, where he made two further appearances.

Under-23: Is a mainstay at left back for the U-20s, appearing in all 11 games in 2000 and tallying two assists ... Earned four caps in 1999 ... Under-20: A member of the U.S. squad that played in the 1997 FIFA World Youth Championship in Malaysia ... Appeared in 15 overall U-20 games in 1997 ... Started four of five matches for the U.S. during the U-20 CONCACAF Qualifying Tournament in 1996.

Professional: At age 23, he is already a five-year veteran of MLS, where he has played for three clubs ... Continues to be a big part of the revamped Metro stars in 2000, as the team won an Eastern Conference crown ... Started 31 games for the New York/New Jersey MetroStars in 1999, finishing second on the team in minutes (2,659) and adding two assists on the season ... Involved in a trade that sent him from the Miami Fusion to the MetroStars in exchange for U-23 teammate Carlos Parra on June 5, 1998 ...
