Optus and Free to Air Australian World Cup TV Schedule Revealed

If you are in Australia, then you have two ways to watch the matches that are now scheduled to take place in Russia for the 2018 World Cup.

All the matches are going to be shown live on Optus in Australia, and some of them will be shown as the same time on free or air TV channels. Therefore, to help you book your day and time of the sofa below I have listed each of the up and coming matches. Be aware all times stated are EST!

Australian TV Channels Live World Cup Matches

The first set of matches scheduled for Friday June 15 are Russia vs. Saudi Arabia, 1 a.m. which is on free to air channels and the Egypt vs. Uruguay, match at 10 p.m that is on Optus.

The following day on Saturday June 16 Optus are showing the Morocco vs. Iran match at 1 a.m. and the Argentina vs. Iceland, 11 p.m. match both the Portugal vs. Spain, 4 a.m. match and the Australia vs. France, 8 p.m. are also being shown on free to air channels.

Moving onto Sunday June 17 all three matches that day are on Optus only and those matches, and their starting times are Peru vs. Denmark, 2 a.m., Croatia vs. Nigeria, 5 a.m., Costa Rica vs. Serbia, 10 p.m.

Just the Germany vs. Mexico, 1 a.m. match on Monday June 18 is going to be on free to air channels as the Brazil vs. Switzerland, 4 a.m. match and the Sweden vs. Korea Republic, 10 p.m. matches are on Optus only in Austria.

The first match on Tuesday June 19 is the Belgium vs. Panama, 1 a.m. match only available on Optus the Tunisia vs. England, 4 a.m. is on free to air TV channels but the other match that day that being the Poland vs. Senegal, 10 p.m. match is an Optus exclusive match too.

Wednesday June 20 is the day you will only be able to watch the Russia vs. Egypt, 4 a.m. on Optus as the other two matches those being the Colombia vs. Japan, 1 a.m. match and the Portugal vs. Morocco, 10 p.m. being on free to air TV channels.

You can only watch the Thursday June 21 matches those being the Uruguay vs. Saudi Arabia, 1 a.m. match and the Iran vs. Spain, 4 a.m. match on Optus but the Australia vs. Denmark, 10 p.m. match is going to be available on free to air TV channels.

Friday June 22 see the France vs. Peru, 1 a.m. match and the Argentina vs. Croatia, 4 a.m. match only being available on Optus with the Brazil vs. Costa Rica, 10 p.m. match being on free to air TV channels too.

However, on Saturday June 23, the Nigeria vs. Iceland, 1 a.m. match the Serbia vs. Switzerland, 4 a.m. match and the Belgium vs. Tunisia, 10 p.m. matches are only being shown live on Optus.

Two matches are being show on free to air channels on Sunday June 24, they are the Germany vs. Sweden, 1 a.m. match and the England vs. Panama, 10 p.m. match with the Korea Republic vs. Mexico, 4 a.m. match on Optus, and on Monday June 25 the Japan vs. Senegal, 1 a.m. and Poland vs. Colombia, 4 a.m. matches are on Optus only too!

No joy for free to air TV viewers in Australia on Tuesday June 26 as the Uruguay vs. Russia, Midnight, Saudi Arabia vs. Egypt, Midnight, Iran vs. Portugal, 4 a.m. and Spain vs. Morocco, 4 a.m. matches are all only on Optus.

Wednesday June 27 will see just one match being shown on free to air Australian channels and that is the Australia vs. Peru, Midnight match, the other on Optus only are the Denmark vs. France, Midnight, Nigeria vs. Argentina, 4 a.m. and Iceland vs. Croatia, 4 a.m. matches.

All four matches on Thursday June 28 are being broadcast live on Optus online and they are Korea Republic vs. Germany, Midnight, Mexico vs. Sweden, Midnight, Serbia vs. Brazil, 4 a.m. and the Switzerland vs. Costa Rica, 4 a.m. match

Friday June 29 all the following matches are being show on Optus only, and they are Japan vs. Poland, Midnight match the Senegal vs. Colombia, Midnight match and the England vs. Belgium, 4 a.m. match and the Panama vs. Tunisia, 4 a.m. match
