UK TV Channels Airing World Cup Matches

If you are in the UK then you are going to have to swap between BBC and ITV to watch the matches scheduled for the World Cup Group Stages, for both of those free to air TV channels will be taking turns to broadcast each of those matches.

To ensure you are tuned into the correct channel and at the right time, below I will give you an overview as to just which matches are being shown on each channel and the time each match is going to be aired in the UK!

Thursday 14th June 2018 at 16:00 on ITV us when the Russia vs. Saudi Arabia match will be kicking off and on the following day you will be able to watch the Egypt vs. Uruguay match on BBC One at 13:00, the match between Morocco and Iran will be airing at 16:00 on ITV and then back over on BBC One at 19:00 will be the Portugal vs. Spain match.

Argentina vs. Iceland

Saturday 16th June 2018 at 11:00 is when you can watch France play Australia on BBC One, a few hours later at 14:00 on ITV is when the Argentina vs. Iceland match is airing, then on BBC One at 17:00 is the Peru vs. Denmark match and the final match of the day is at 20:00 when Croatia will be playing Nigeria which is being broadcast live on ITV.

On Sunday 17th June 2018 at 13:00 on ITV you can sit down to watch the Costa Rica vs. Serbia match, then at 16:00 on BBC One you can enjoy the Germany vs. Mexico match, and the last match of the day is on ITV are 19:00 when Brazil will be playing Switzerland.

Monday 18th June 2018 at 13:00 the Sweden vs. South Korea match is going to be broadcast live on ITV, then the Belgium vs. Panama match at 16:00 and the Tunisia vs. England match at 19:00 will both be broadcast live on BBC One.

The next day that being Tuesday 19th June 2018 You can tune into ITV to watch the Poland vs. Senegal match at 13:00, and at 16:00 on BBC One is the Columbia vs. Japan match and also on BBC One at 17:00 you can sit back and enjoy the Russia vs. Egypt match.

Portugal and Morocco

Wednesday 20th June 2018 two matches are being broadcast on BBC One and they are the 13:00 match between Portugal and Morocco and the 16:00 match between Uruguay and Saudi Arabia match, then over on ITV at 19:00 is the Iran vs. Spain match.

Thursday 21st June 201800 it is the turn of ITV to air the France vs. Peru match at 13:00, ITV are also showing at 16:00 the Denmark vs. Australia match, and later on at 19:00 in BBC One is the Argentina vs. Croatia match.

Friday 22nd June 2018 is when Brazil and playing against Costa Rica at 13:00 and that match is going to be shown live on ITV, you can then watch over on BBHC One at 16:00 the Nigeria vs. Iceland match and Serbia are playing Switzerland at 19:00 on BBC one too.

Saturday 23rd June 2018 is when another three matches are being played those being the 13:00 match between Belgium and Tunisia on BBC One, the Germany vs. Sweden match at 16:00 and the South Korea vs. Mexico match is being show on ITV at 19:00.

There matches are being played on Sunday 24th June 2018, and they are the England vs. Panama match at 13:00 which is being shown on BBC one, the Japan vs. Senegal match at 16:00 is also being shown on BBC One, and the Poland vs. Colombia match at 19:00 is being shown at 19:00.

ITV4 is showing on Monday 25th June 2018 the Saudi Arabia vs. Egypt match, and ITV will be showing the Uruguay vs. Russia match also scheduled to start at 15:00, the Iran vs. Portugal match and the Spain vs. Morocco matches will be shown on the BBC.
