Bayern Munich will sign RB Leipzig midfielder Konrad Laimer when his contract runs out this summer.
Laimer, 25, has impressed in Leipzig since signing from fellow Red Bull outfit RB Salzburg in 2017 for over $7.5m. However, his six-year stint is set to end in the summer with Laimer set to join long-term suitors Bayern Munich who are keen to bolster their midfield with Ryan Gravenberch set to leave in the summer.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Laimer had agreed in principle to join the Bundesliga champions back in January but the deal is now set to be made official now that the Austrian has successfully completed his medical.
Laimer missed two months of this season with an ankle ligament injury but impressed during RB Leipzig’s 1-1 draw at home to Manchester City in the Champions League knockout stage back in February and the defensive midfielder has scored two goals from 21 appearances in all competitions this term.
