Man United are bracing themselves this summer, as it has been reported by Kicker that Bayern Munich could make a move for Casemiro.

Thomas Tuchel is a huge admirer of the Brazilian, and he has reportedly set the Bundesliga giants with the summer aim of tempting the United midfielder with a move to Germany.

Reports have claimed that Casemiro will be Bayern’s number-one summer target this year, as Tuchel looks to overhaul the midfield at the Allianz Arena. However, it remains unlikely that Man United will be willing to allow one of their stars to leave the Theatre of Dreams.

The 31-year-old only signed for United 12 months ago, as he completed a shock $70 million switch from Real Madrid. He has been one of the key players for Erik ten Hag throughout this season, making 39 appearances across all competitions.

Bayern are also reportedly assessing other midfield options, with Mateo Kovacic among the stars being monitored. The Croatian previously worked with Tuchel during his time at Chelsea.
