Eden Hazard not plotting Real Madrid transfer exit

Hazard was quizzed about his future with the team after Real Madrid’s Copa del Rey success against Osasuna over the weekend. He claimed that he has an excellent relationship with his teammate, and he is planning to remain at the club.

The Belgium international conceded that this season has been ‘difficult’, but he is adamant that he has a part to play if he can get back to his very best form.

It has been an extremely testing campaign for the 32-year-old, as he has made just five appearances in La Liga. Meanwhile, he has scored just once in nine matches across all competitions, with his only effort coming in the Champions League group stages.

Hazard had been attracting interest from Premier League clubs, with Newcastle and Arsenal among the teams that were preparing to save him from his Spanish nightmare.
