Spanish club Valencia have reportedly set an asking price of $25m for USMNT midfielder Yunus Musah.
The 20-year-old New York native performed consistently for a struggling Los Che side who only confirmed La Liga safety on the last day of the season and according to the Spanish news outlet, Relevo, West Ham United are thought to be interested if Declan Rice departs for Premier League giants Arsenal this summer.
Yunus Musah set for Premier League switch?
Musah’s agent met with Valencia sporting director Miguel Angel Corona and Valencia will be reportedly happy to facilitate a deal to create funds to improve their squad next season.
Valencia reportedly see the American international as a top player but are worried that they didn’t cash in on Musah in the winter transfer window after the 20-year-old impressed during the USMNT’s progression to the knockout stages of the World Cup.
It is believed the Hammers are considering a bid, but their opening offer for Musah will fall quite short of the $25m asking price.
