Tottenham Hotspur are close to completing the permanent signing of Dejan Kulusevski from Italian giants Juventus.

The Swedish international has spent the last 18 months and has established as a first-team regular in a front three alongside Heung Min-Son and England captain Harry Kane, keeping out summer signing Brazilian Richarlison in the process.

Dejan Kulusevski set to re-join Spurs

As reported by Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, the 23-year-old is reportedly close to rejoining the club on a four-year deal for a fee of around $33m, with the Lilywhites receiving a $5.5m discount from the Old Lady on the buy-option clause in Kulusevski’s contract of 2022.

Despite Spurs being under new management this summer, Kulusevski’s consistency has convinced Ange Postecoglou that he remains a key part of Spurs’ long-term plans. The winger was initially brought to Tottenham in January 2022 alongside defensive midfielder Rodrigo Bentancur by former Director of Football Fabio Paratici, who announced his resignation in April.
