Premier League champions Manchester City are closing in on the signing of 16-year-old star forward Luca Fletcher from Reading.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the young striker has passed a medical with all the necessary paperwork being signed already.

Young forward Luca Fletcher set to complete move to Man City
West Ham United and Brighton and Hove Albion had already been linked with signing the Reading under-18 striker but it is the Cityzens who have won the race for Fletcher- who will now move to the club’s youth academy which has won the Premier League 2 three seasons in a row.
Fletcher will cost City a fee of approximately $760,000 plus add-ons in compensation- as is the protocol for players moving to different clubs before they have reached 17 years of age with the Royals still looking for a permanent full-time manager following their relegation to the third tier of the English pyramid last season.
