Inter Milan have confirmed the departure of defender Milan Skriniar who is set to join Paris Saint-Germain on a free transfer.

The 28-year-old experienced defender has been a stalwart at the heart of the Nerazzurri’s defense since arriving from Sampdoria in 2017, winning a Serie A and two Coppa Italia’s in his time at the club.

Slovakian international Skriniar set for PSG switch

As reported by Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, Skriniar signed a pre-contract deal with the French champions as early as back in January and will be unveiled as a new PSG player at the beginning of next week following the announcement- which was confirmed on Inter’s official social media platforms today.

Skriniar will be coached next season by new PSG manager Luis Enrique who is set to take over at the Parc des Princes from the departing Christophe Galtier.
