Premier League outfit Nottingham Forest have submitted a double bid for Manchester United pair Anthony Elanga and Dean Henderson.

Henderson, 26, spent last season on loan at Forest and is expected to re-join Steve Cooper’s side on a second temporary deal next season with the Red Devils pricing the Tricky Trees out of a permanent move for the England international goalkeeper.

As for Elanga, just 21, Forest have today submitted an offer worth approximately $19m for the Swedish international with negotiations advancing quickly between the two clubs according to Italian reporter Fabrizio Romano. Unlike Henderson, the move for Elanga would be a permanent one.

United are reportedly keen to cash in on Elanga after the forward failed to produce a single goal for the Old Trafford club last term and Forest want to complete a double swoop in time for the start of the Premier League season after clinching the signature of Ola Aina on a free transfer.
