Premier League giants Tottenham have agreed personal terms with 19-year-old Argentinian center forward Alejo Veliz from Rosario Central.

The news was announced earlier today by Italian correspondent Fabrizio Romano who has revealed negotiations are now underway between the two clubs.

Veliz, an under-20 international, has made quite a reputation for himself during his short career and scored the winning goal in the famous Clasico Rosarino between Rosario Central and Newell’s Old Boys last July.

The teenager has agreed to a long-term contract at Tottenham which will create more speculation over the future of Spurs’ current talismanic goalscorer Harry Kane- who is in talks to move to Bayern Munich this summer.

Rosario Central would like to keep the youngster on loan until the end of the Argentinian league season if a move does go ahead but the goal poacher is thought to want to get up and running as soon as possible in North London.
