Premier League giants Liverpool have completed the signing of midfielder Ryan Gravenberch on a five-year deal.

The total package for Gravenberch comes to a figure just shy of $48.5m and sees the Dutch international leave Germany after a disappointing 12-month spell at the Allianz Arena.

The news was announced via the club’s official social media platforms and sees the Dutchman become the fourth new midfielder as Jurgen Klopp’s engine-room midfield looks ready to compete on all fronts this season.

Speaking as a Reds player for the first time, “If you see it from the outside, it’s one of the biggest clubs in the world.

I’m really looking forward to [being at Anfield] and I can’t wait to hear the You’ll Never Walk Alone song”.

Gravenberch will wear his favored number 38 at Liverpool this season and is in contention to make his debut against Aston Villa at Anfield on Sunday.
