Tottenham Hotspur look set to make a late move in the summer transfer window, as they could swoop for Chelsea’s Conor Gallagher.

The Blues midfielder is open to a move away from the club this summer, as his gametime looks set to be limited after huge investment throughout the window.

Tottenham remain in the market on the final day, and a move for Gallagher is currently being explored, according to the Telegraph.

Spurs could yet offload Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg before the deadline, and Gallagher is one of the players that is being considered as a like-for-like replacement.

The North London club are prepared to pay $50 million for the 23-year-old, who has played in all three of Chelsea’s Premier League fixtures this term.

Gallagher has played 49 times for Chelsea, scoring three goals. He has also been capped by England on seven occasions, with his most recent appearance coming earlier this year.
