World Cup winners Angel Di Maria and Leandro Paredes will not be extending their contracts at Juventus beyond this summer.

According to leading transfer guru Fabrizio Romano, Paredes has not impressed Juve bosses enough to extend his deal beyond the end of the season after signing on a season-long loan with an option to buy on deadline day last summer from Paris Saint-Germain.

Paredes will return to the French capital but the 28-year-old is not currently believed to be in the Parisians’ long-term plans and will be allowed to leave in the summer.

World Cup winners to leave Juve this summer

As for former Man United and Real Madrid winger Di Maria, the 35-year-old will now explore options as a free agent after talks broke down over a new deal earlier this month after what has been a turbulent season for The Old Lady, who were deducted 10 points on Monday as they dropped to seventh in Serie A.
