Chelsea are closing in on a deal to sign the highly talented winger Diego Moreira on a free transfer from Benfica when his contract runs out this summer.

As reported in the Daily Express, Chelsea have beaten off Paris Saint-Germain and AC Milan with an official statement to be made soon. The left-footed winger, who can also play as a central attacking midfielder, has been compared to the likes of former Manchester United player Nani due to his natural talent and excellent dribbling skills.
