Real Madrid are closely monitoring the situation of Kylian Mbappe ahead of an uncertain summer ahead at PSG.
The World Cup winner signed a new contract with the Parisians last year but has recently openly criticized the club for overly using his image to promote season tickets at the club next season saying, “I disagree with this posted video. It is certainly not Kylian Saint-Germain.”
And ahead of an uncertain summer for PSG, in which teammates Lionel Messi, Neymar, and manager Christophe Galtier look set to leave the club, Real Madrid are looking to revive their interest in the superstar.
Mbappe held talks with Los Blancos over a potential move last summer but appeared to change his mind at the last minute to stay at the Parc des Princes, signing a new three-year deal until 2025.
Real Madrid to reignite interest in Kylian Mbappe?
According to The Telegraph’s Mike McGrath, Real’s summer move for English teenage sensation Jude Bellingham, who it was revealed yesterday will reject a contract to stay at Borussia Dortmund, will not impact a deal for Mbappe, despite the transfer fee for the Frencham likely having to smash the current world-record $250m paid for Neymar by PSG from Barcelona back in 2017.
