Man United manager Erik Ten Hag has confirmed prodigious talent Amad Diallo’s future remains at Old Trafford after a successful season on loan at Sunderland.
The Red Devils boss was speaking ahead of tomorrow’s Premier League fixture against Wolves and when asked by Manchester Evening News reporter Samuel Luckhurst if he saw Diallo’s future at United, Ten Hag said: “Yes. Of course, we loan such players to make development and make progress to bring them back. That is the aim of the loan”.
Amad Diallo expected to make impact for Red Devils next season
The 20-year-old sensation has scored 13 goals on loan at Sunderland in the Championship this season and was named in the Sky Sports Championship team of the season yesterday.
Diallo’s consistent campaign helped guide the Black Cats to the Play-Offs where they will take on Luton Town in a two-legged match, starting with their home leg tomorrow at a sold-out Stadium of Light.
