Reports suggest Liverpool could make a summer move for USMNT midfielder Tyler Adams who looks destined to leave relegated Leeds United.
As reported last week, Champions League qualifiers Newcastle United are also plotting a move for one of Leeds’ best performers last year who missed the final 12 games of the season with a hamstring injury.
Tyler Adams set for Liverpool switch?
The $50m rated star has informed Leeds United of his intention to leave the club this season and according to TEAMtalk, the Whites want to enter into a bidding war between Newcastle, Manchester United and Liverpool to drive up the price of one of their star assets.
The USMNT man is deemed by many to be too good to play in the Championship and with Liverpool notably in the hunt for a new central midfielder following yesterday’s departure of vice-captain James Milner, Adams’ move to the North West of England may be a story that runs and runs this summer.
