Former Liverpool midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is in talks with Turkish Lig giants Besiktas over a move this summer.
The 29-year-old left Anfield when his contract came to an end in June and according to Turkish journalist Yagiz Sabuncuoglu, Oxlade-Chamberlain will arrive at Istanbul Airport at 16:30 TRT in order to thrash out negotiations ahead of a potential free transfer.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain heading to Turkey
Oxlade-Chamberlain moved to Liverpool from Arsenal in 2017 for $40m and starred in his first season for Liverpool, making 42 appearances in total for the Reds as Jurgen Klopp’s side reached the Champions League final.
Injuries stunted the England international’s progress at Liverpool however and after making just nine league appearances last campaign, Oxlade-Chamberlain was released by the club alongside fellow midfielders Naby Keita and vice-captain James Captain.
During his time on Merseyside, Oxlade-Chamberlain won the Premier League, a League Cup, one Champions League, the UEFA Super Cup, and the FIFA Club World Cup.
