Fantasy Football ones to watch season 2018/19 gameweek 25

|

We are now on to gameweek 25 of FPL. Our gameweek 24 ones to watch produced mixed results, with Fernando Llorente’s 12-point the highlight of the picks. Here are our ones to watch for gameweek 25:

Vicente Guaita (Crystal Palace, £4.2m)

If you do not have Crystal Palace’s ace budget enabler Aaron Wan-Bissaka, or even if you do, then Eagles goalkeeper Guaita could prove to be a good addition asset for your FPL squad.

The Spaniard has become the undisputed number one at Selhurst Park, despite recently missing a game and half through injury. He is back and has the potential to become a top budget option in-between the sticks.

Palace host travel sick Fulham at home this weekend and just one of their next Premier League fixture ranks three or more on the difficulty rankings. If you need to sign big-hitters elsewhere in the team, then Guaita could be the answer to your prayers.

Richarlison (Everton, £6.8m)

Many FPL bosses have transferred out the Brazilian winger in recent weeks after a barren run of form. However, he has now returned to his natural left-wing position and score in his last two matches for the Toffees.

Suddenly there is a clamour to bring the £6.8m rated player back in. A big attraction for Richarlison in gameweek 25 is the fact that he enjoys a double gameweek, with home games against Wolves and Manchester City. Neither of those games will be easy for the Toffees, who have been poor of late. However, both visitors have endured defensive problems of late, which could mean Richarlison profiting with a big points haul.

David Brooks (Bournemouth, £5.1m)

Like Richarlison, Brooks is a player who has featured in previous ones to watch articles. His main asset is obviously his price. At £5.1m, there are not many midfielders who offer such value when it comes to returning points.

The Welsh midfielder has now scored six league goals and produced four assists this season. The youngster has also now produced two assists and a goal in his last two league outings.

Brooks did pick up a slight knock in Wednesday night’s 4-0 win over Chelsea. However, he is expected to recover in time for the Cherries trip to Cardiff this weekend, a game Eddie Howe’s side are favourites to win.

Glenn Murray (Brighton, £6.3M)

The veteran forward just keeps scoring goals for the Seagulls and he is looking like an attractive FPL option for the next few gameweeks and beyond. A double in Brighton’s 4-2 defeat at Fulham last time out means that the former Crystal Palace striker has scored ten league goals this season.

The goals ended an eight-game goal drought for the striker in the Premier League. Now he has broken that duck, he will be looking to add to his goal tally this weekend when Watford comes to visit the AMEX Stadium.

A big factor in Murray’s selection is the fact that none of the Seagulls next seven games ranks higher than a three, with five of those seven games ranking a two. Those fixtures look inviting, but there is a caveat, as the forward will have a blank in gameweek 27. For the value, he offers, though he could always be benched for that particular gameweek.
