Our picks for fantasy football gameweek 38 season 2020/21

We have reached gameweek 38 in FPL and now is the last chance for bosses to improve their rank in your mini-leagues or even your overall rank. Unfortunately, due to a schedule conflict, we did not publish our picks for gameweek 37. However, if you selected out picks from gameweek 36 you would have picked up a decent haul in the last gameweek. Anyway, without further ado here are our final picks for the week:

Stuart Dallas (Leeds, £5.5m)

The Northern Ireland international has been one of the bargain assets this season. Dallas played for much of the season in midtable, despite being listed as a defender. Playing in midfield has seen Dallas score eight goals, as well as producing three assists and also 12 clean sheets. He has picked up points in the last two games.

A final gameweek clash with already-relegated West Brom at Elland Road looks like the perfect opportunity for Dallas to finish the season with yet more points.

Sadio Mane (Liverpool, £11.8m)

We don’t usually include a premium option in our picks, but for some reason, the Senegalese international seems to have been ignored by some, as he is owned by just 6.8% of teams. Maybe his price tag is putting people off selecting the forward.

However, we feel that he an excellent differential pick in gameweek 38, as his team looks to seal a top-four spot. Mane has been in decent form of late, as he has produced attacking returns in four of his last five league appearances for the Reds.

Liverpool host Crystal Palace at Anfield in their final Premier League game of the season. The Eagles have a poor defensive record. They also have very little left to play for in Roy Hodgson’s last game as a Premier League head coach.

Jack Harrison (Leeds, £5.6M)

While many people have favoured Harrison’s Brazilian teammate Raphinha this season, Harrison has gone about having a highly impressive debut campaign in the English top-flight. The former New York City midfielder has scored eight goals and produced nine assists, which is an impressive figure for a player considered a budget asset.

The 24-year-old has featured in 36 top-flight games this season. The only ones he didn’t feature in were against parent club Manchester City. It remains to be seen if he will stay with the Whites, but he will be looking to finish the season off in a positive manner in a home game against West Brom.

Michail Antonio (West Ham, £6.7m)

The experienced forward is another player we have selected on several occasions in our picks. The Hammers forward has scored ten goals and produced an assist, despite missing 12 league games through injury. A home game against a Southampton team with very little to play for the remainder looks to be a good one for Antonio to add to his points tally for the season.

A win would ensure that David Moyes team will be playing European football next season, a good reward for everybody who has contributed to the Irons excellent top-flight campaign.

Do you fancy Michail Antonio to score and wish to place a bet? Well, why not check out our betting page for the bookmakers we recommend for your wager.

Will any of our picks be in your gameweek 38 FPL team?
