Man United target Evan Ferguson is set to turn down a move to Old Trafford and stay at Brighton and Hove Albion by signing a new contract with the Seagulls.

The news will be a blow to United but they can now turn their attention solely on signing a proven World-Class number nine, with England captain Harry Kane and Napoli’s Victor Osimhen both linked over the last few days, as well as Slovenian teenage sensation Benjamin Sesko from RB Salzburg.
