Prediction and odds for the game:  Leicester (7/5) vs Arsenal (15/8)

We are backing the draw at odds of 5/2

When: Saturday 30 October 2021, Kick-off 12:30

Where: The King Power Stadium

In the Premier League’s early kick-off on Saturday, Leicester host Arsenal at the King Power Stadium as both teams look to move closer to the Premier League’s top-six.

Leicester

The Foxes head into this clash on the back of a promising run of form of late. Brendan Rodgers team are unbeaten in five games in all competitions after a midweek 2-2 draw against Brighton in the Carabao Cup. The Foxes progressed on penalty kicks to continue their league cup journey.

In the league, the team from the Midlands are unbeaten in four Premier League outings, having recorded back-to-back league wins over Manchester United and Brentford respectively. The Foxes have certainly found their shooting boots of late, scoring at least two goals in all four of their recent unbeaten league games. However, on the flip-side, the home team have also conceded at least two goals in their previous five league outings.

Leicester doesn’t have a great recent home record in the Premier League, as they have won just two of their last six league matches at the King Power Stadium. The Foxes have been prolific on home soil in the English top-flight in recent months, scoring at least two goals in six of their last eight outings.

Arsenal

Like the home team, the Gunners recent form has been improved. In fact, Mikel Arteta’s team are unbeaten in eight matches in all competitions, having recorded six wins in the process. The team from north London are also unbeaten in the Premier League, having claimed four wins in the process.

Another similarity to the hosts is that the visitors have been prolific of late, scoring at least two goals in three of their previous four matches in the English top-flight. Star striker Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang has hit form in front of goal of late, scoring three goals in his last four league appearances for the visitors.

The Gunners recent away record in the Premier League has been highly inconsistent in recent months. However, they have won five of their last eight league games on their travels, although a record of one win in their last four away games in the English top-flight is a poor one.

Conclusion

It is difficult to choose between these two teams, as both have been in decent form of late in the top-flight. With that in mind, we are backing this game to finish in a draw. The pair have been prolific of late, so we are also backing over 2.5 goals scored at odds of 4/5.

Our tips: We are backing the draw at odds of 5/2 and/or over 2.5 goals scored at odds of 4/5. (All odds are taken from Bet365).
